The Honourable Fellowship of Beef Geeks is a gathering of ladies, gentlemen and gastronomes in carnivorous pursuit of beef and liberty. Founded in 2016. We meet every month to celebrate steak, wine and cocktails, in great friendship, enjoying confabulation, quips and chortles. Each member is entitled to choose an establishment for the group’s feasting and jollification. Members may bring guests to any gathering. Having partaken thrice, a guest may petition to become a member.
HAPPINESS IS STEAK
Dry-aged beef from a slow-growing, grass-fed animal is best. Cooked to a Maillard crust brimming with sugars, salts, umami and fat, it hits all our pleasure sensors and makes eating steak an oh so happy experience.
